Job description
The Field Support Engineer role is an integral part of Kenzema Systems focusing on fleet management systems. The person will act as a specialist who is tasked with overseeing and performing repairs, tests, and other processes on-sight. Ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the support levels provided. Focusing on improving the efficiency of technical crews, create and modify designs and deal with various issues as they come up
Responsibilities
Assist field personnel in providing remote and on-site customer support and services.
Develop emergency service plan for customers.
Recommend process improvements to achieve customer service and sales goals.
Analyze issues and develop resolutions in a timely fashion.
Plan and schedule customer support related trainings to field staffs.
Provides guidance and training to customer personnel in establishing Educate customer about the product operation and maintenance procedures.
Coordinate onsite contractors for facility support as necessary.
Supervise all product installations and the related repair and maintenance activities when required.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in fleet management systems / logistics systems/ video management systems.
Experience in working in a technical support position.
Bachelors degree in software engineering computer systems or related field.
Excellent communication and soft skills
Extensive experience working with Networking Systems, Windows Server and Linux Operating Systems
